This notice covers the Log216 public website and the demo request form. The Log216 application has its own notice for warehouse, carrier and driver data.
What we collect: the name, work email, company, optional phone number, company type, number of sites and message you enter in the demo form, the language you used, and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address to prevent abuse.
WhatsApp button: if you leave a topic, your name, email and company name, they are stored only to get back to you and are placed in a ready-made WhatsApp message; chatting on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
Why: to answer your request and arrange a demo. We do not sell it, add it to unrelated mailing lists or use it for advertising.
Cookies: the website uses a strictly necessary session cookie (security token and language choice). Only if you choose "Accept" are Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) loaded to measure how the site is used; the provider is Google Ireland Limited and data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA). If you decline or make no choice, no request is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing consent deletes these cookies. No advertising cookies.
Tools: values you enter in the calculators are not stored. For HS code lookup only the search text is sent to the UK government Trade Tariff service to find results.
How long: until your request is resolved and any follow-up has ended, after which it is deleted. You can ask for access or deletion at any time by replying to any message we send you.
